AS THE SEMINARIAN grows more mcrture, he is left to study by himself and to prepare for his classes in his own room and in the library. THE CHURCH wshes her priests to rank with the best educated men of the time. The Seminm offers a fine, well-rounded classical and scientific course. THE YOUNGER STUDENTS learn habits of study and interest in intellectual pursuits in a supervised study halL Here, one of the professors is available to assist this important formation. Spiritual... THE MASS is "the primary md indispenscrble source of the spirit of Christ." The Minor Seminarian, therefore, pm'tfipates to the fullest in the Holy Sacrifice each morning and receives Holy Communion. MARY IS THE QUEEN of the Clergy and while de- votion to her is fostered in many ways in the Seminary its special daily expression is in the recitation of the rosary. THE RECEPTION of the Sacrmnent is a weekly occurrence for every Minor Seminricm. To each one is given his own confessor to whom he may go for private counsel and guidance in all that concerns him and his priestly formation. Recreational...   iii / . .......... i" THE MINOR SEMINARIAN, LIllE any other person, needs cmd enjoys recreation and diversion. All seasonal sports are em important part of his student life. Here a group obviously is enjoying a fast game of hasketlmlL EVEN CONSTRUCTIVE mnual labor has its place in the Seminarian's life. These boys, with spades, shovels and hoes, are doing a bit of spring cleaning on the seminary grounds. EATING AT THE SEMINARY is fun. too, as you can see, No need to :all the boys a second time to the meals prepared by the devoted Little Daughters of St. Joseph.
