Iktij is also a :. popular item at Camp E|cmchet but for canoeing, it's at Camp Cabriei. tDVERNIGHTS--Ome of the highlights of the camp session is the overnight hike. Lucjcjiucj their sleeping bags. these boys at Camp Don Bosco head out for Mystery Springs, U.S.A. CRAFTS--Keeping young minds, kearls mid kands busy, the CYO tries to maintain e bakmcecl camp schedule. Crafts is a popular session. Boys at Camp Blancher. for imamc:e, work with leathercrofts, pottery, paints and other constructive diversions. CAMFF|RE--The most impressive ceremony to witness at camp is the campfire, especially the final one. Enthusiasm in the many forms of camp songs, yells and honor awards is geaera by campers themselves. The campfire is a good lesson in intimate companionship, o- operative effort end group psychology. Within the campfire circle is also held the stirring ceremonies of the Order Of the Crgssl " the CYO's camp honor society. Staffers and those outstanding but older campers who are chosen wear lanyards and badges, denoting their membership in the order. Then with the glow of a dying fire and gentle swaying of the trees, as Shown here at Camp Don Basco, night prayers are recited.
